Following my old multifuel burner (inherited when I bought the house) rusting and falling apart, I decided to purchase a new one. Reading reviews, I visited Fireplaces at Coney Green and was so glad I did! Excellent customer service from Bobby, who was so friendly and gave advice without any hard sell. I chose a stove (Bassington Eco) and visited the showroom again and Bobby had one alight for me to see. Fitters Rob and Garry fitted it today, and I couldn't be more delighted 😀 It looks wonderful and everything was left beautifully clean. Rob got it working and talked me through how to use it which was really appreciated. I couldn't be happier and highly recommend Fireplaces at Coney Green. We initially made an enquiry by phone to Coney Green Fireplaces, and received a visit from their fitter Rob Stainforth. On advice from Rob, we visited the showroom. Bobby was very helpful and friendly, as were all the staff and we picked our stove, hearth, brick inset etc There was no hard sell or pressure on us to buy. The whole experience has been first class from start to finish. Rob Stainforth has done an excellent job with the fitting and his plastering was far superior to any we have had done before. Having decided we wanted to install a multifuel burner, we contacted several companies to find out whether or not it was possible. The ONLY company which didn’t tell us to take photographs of our chimney and fireplace and then go to their showroom to choose a fire before they would send an engineer to survey the feasibility of fitting a fire, was Fireplaces at Coney Green. Following their engineer’s knowledgeable discussion on the options available to us, we visited their well stocked showrooms in Clay Cross. Bobby was super helpful and in less than 30 minutes we’d chosen and ordered a fire, fireplace and hearth at very competitive prices. Two weeks later and our fire is installed! Garry (installation engineer) took a day and a half from start to finish. His work is very efficient and competent plus very clean and tidy. We really can’t praise Bobby and Garry highly enough. I’m thrilled with our Fireline stove and the customer service is second to none. In fact we are planning on fitting a second fire now and will definitely be going back to Fireplaces at Coney Green.

Absolutely brilliant service. They couldn’t help us enough, lots of information and also managed to arrange with one of their fitters to get our fire in for Christmas.
